Home Learning

As you may well know, the Department of Education (DfE) directed all schools to provide Remote Education under the Coronavirus Act October 2020, which expired in July.  The DfE placed a new direction for 2021-22 with the expectation that any pupil who is unable to attend school due to Covid-19 must engage with Remote Learning.

As Class/Year Group Bubbles have now ceased, we have decided to tailor the remote learning to your child’s needs.  Therefore, if your child is required to self-isolate, please email your child’s Class Teacher using the Year Group emails to inform them of your child’s self-isolation period.

Please allow 24-48 hours for your child’s Class Teacher to prepare the work and they will contact you as soon as they can to discuss the teaching and learning.

We politely ask that you do not access the KS1 Educational Platform Just2Easy (J2E) or the KS2 Educational Platform Century unless you have been instructed by the Class Teacher. This is to ensure that the work uploaded is relevant and specific for your child’s needs.

Thank you for your continued support.
